I am quoting a job with a blind hole that requires a 5/8 hex. We don't have a rotary broach that size for our lathes and the job hardly justifies buying one. Is there any way to broach a hex on a lathe or mill. I have seen those keyway broaching systems from RazorForm but I don't think they will work on this application. Thanks!
